OKLAHOMA CITY, October 5, 2016—The National Federation of Independent Business, Oklahoma’s leading small-business association, has endorsed Katie Henke in the House District 71 race.

The endorsement comes from the NFIB Oklahoma SAFE (Save America’s Free Enterprise) Trust, which is comprised exclusively of NFIB members.

“Katie Henke is clearly the best choice for small business owners, their employees and their families,” said Jerrod Shouse, state director of NFIB.

“Katie Henke understands the challenges facing the state’s small businesses,” Shouse said. “Our members believe she will continue to take a fiscally responsible approach to managing state government and support legislation that helps our small businesses grow and create jobs.”

NFIB’s political support is based on Katie Henke’s position and record on small business issues.
